After 5 years as a Bridal Stylist followed by 9 years as a Store Manager, Sarah has now been the Owner of Heart to Heart Bride since 2019! Sarah is a graduate of Penfield High School and Nazareth College and is currently a proud Webster resident. When Sarah is not at Heart to Heart Bride or our sister store, Two Hearts Bridal, you will most likely find her spending time with her husband (and co-owner) Ryan Ashworth, and their dog Daisy!
Ashley Weisenborn
Store manager
Ashley started her career in Bridal at Heart to Heart in January of 2015. In 2018, her and her husband Jeff, moved to Boston where she worked as a Full-Time Stylist at a leading bridal shop. In 2020, they decided to move back to the Rochester area and to start a family! Ashley has been back at Heart to Heart since 2021 as our Store Manager. When she is not at the shop, you will find her spending time with her husband, Jeff, and daughter, Jovie. Lastly, she would like to say…Go Bills!
Zoe Behncke
Operations Manager
Zoe joined our team in September of 2021. After working as a corporate retail manager for three years, Zoe is excited to be working in a more intimate environment where she can truly help and have one-on-one connections her brides! Zoe graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2016 with a BA double major in Political Philosophy and Global Politics. After that Zoe went on to teach English in France for two years before moving back to Rochester. When she’s not at Heart to Heart, Zoe can usually be found listening to music or podcasts, going to museums, painting, or playing Pokémon with her partner, Oliver.
Madison Palmer-Woods
Full-time stylist
Madison joined our team in September of 2021. She got her start in the wedding industry working as a stationary designer. She had a need to help brides and jumped at the chance to be bridal stylist. She started styling brides at a corporate store earlier in 2021 but loves the opportunity to now work with brides in a more intimate environment. Madison graduated from the College of Saint Rose in 2016. She has dual degrees in graphic design and printmaking. When she is not styling brides, you can find Madison making content for our social media, sailing with her family and dogs, or spending time with her husband, Nate!
Shelby Haas
Full-time Stylist
Shelby joined our team in January 2023. She started her career working in early childhood care and has made the transition to the bridal world! Shelby is a Heart to Heart Bride herself and has always wanted to work in bridal! She is inspired by her own bridal experience to help other brides find the dress of their dreams. Shelby grew up in Spencerport, NY and currently lives in Rochester with her husband, Zak, and their two cats. Shelby is a huge foodie and in her free time she loves to cook and go to different restaurants! She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling with her husband, and being outdoors!
Courtney McBride
Stylist
Courtney has been working part-time at Heart to Heart Bride since March of 2018. She is obsessed with Disney, loves to camp and makes awesome crafts with her Cricut. She is also super silly, and I couldn’t resist using this as her photo, because it’s just so, “Courtney”. Courtney grew up in Spencerport and despite living on the Westside, loves working with our brides so much she drives to Webster on the weekend to help our brides say yes! Courtney is also a 2023 bride and cannot wait to marry her Fiancé, Sean!
Rachel Anderson
Stylist
Rachel joined our team in June of 2021 and was brand new to the bridal fashion world! Rachel is a graduate student studying Mental Health Counseling at SUNY Brockport. Rachel is originally from Albany, NY and currently lives in Rochester with her Fiancé, Matt, and two cats. Rachel is making a career out of helping people and she is so excited that she gets to help brides find their dream dresses on the weekends!
Alyssa Manou
Stylist
Alyssa is a Heart to Heart Bride and has always wanted to work in the bridal industry. After seeing a job posting back in May 2021, she hopped on the chance to work with Brides like herself! Alyssa is a middle school art teacher and just married her husband, PJ, on October 10, 2021! In her free time, she enjoys ice chai tea lattes, shopping, and playing with her mini doxie, Honey!
Rhonda Gefell
Special occasion & Mother’s department Stylist
Rhonda joined our team in April 2023, as a stylist in our new Special Occasion and Mother's Dress Department. Rhonda knows with personal experience, as she has been the Mother of The Groom three times with her sons. She knows that it's essential that such special occasions require not only what makes you feel beautiful but comfortable. After a long career in the dental industry, she still enjoys seeing people smile. Rhonda and her husband of 42 years live in Webster and enjoy spending time with their family including their five grandchildren.
