Free Upgraded Bridal Appointment

At Heart to Heart Bride, you will find a hands-on bridal experience starting with your one-on-one Virtual Consultation prior to your in-person appointment. Your bridal appointment will take place in one of our gorgeous semi-private fitting rooms where we can accommodate up to 6 guests in addition to yourself, so you can have all of your trusted supporters with you when you find your gown! Your bridal appointment is booked for 2 hours, so you have plenty of time to try on lots of gowns and make your decision! Make sure to save some time after your appointment to celebrate finding your gown with a champagne toast* in our stunning Celebration Lounge (and take all of those fun photos for Instagram)! There is no charge for this experience!

We do require a credit card on file which will only be charged a $50 fee for late cancellations under 48 hours' notice, or if the appointment is no showed.

*Free champagne toast is provided with a wedding dress purchase. Can also upgrade to a bottle for an additional fee and champagne can be purchased separately as well. We are the only bridal shop in Rochester with a liquor license :)

If you are a friend or family member requesting an appointment for a bride, we require the
BRIDES INFORMATION (name, phone number, and email address)
to be entered on this form. The appointment will not be booked until we can get in touch directly with the bride!

We only book appointments and reservations a maximum of 2 months in advance.

Please only request an appointment at one of our stores. Each of our stores has unique specialties and are best suited for different brides. Please choose the store that is best for you! CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee, as well as no shows. If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, we can allow 1 reschedule without being charged (we understand that life can happen!), but if the new appointment is cancelled at any point, the $50 fee will be charged.
